But I feel it was not manipulation but her guilt and a resultant subconscious fear of losing him that she did that. She was totally into him and enjoying the moment right after A's phn call, that's a sign that for her, the past is over. Out of her fear of losing him, she discovered her subconscious love for him, as per my reading. Though I am not sure if doing a psychoanalytic criticism of an EK show is the right thing to do😆

RB should have said no when she came ready out of the blue to go for the date after refusing the first time. Madhavi was so nice with RB, uske satha jana tha re baba. Pre, who had fallen for RB without realizing, would have felt so jealous. But like they say, if you are too available you will be taken for granted. P took RB for granted, AB took P for granted and RB never even considered Madhavi.

Ud/prem left RB home and staying at basu house. She was sad and crying for him. He gives her support that everything will be fine when the right time comes. Till then we have to wait for that right time.
