Yes, the shelf life is very short so you have to prepare it often, which can be inconvenient.... post a feedback for the ones you made. Beetroot is good for blood flow so the serum may have given you a good glow..also flaxseed high on vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids... I add it sometimes to oatmeals.

I did not hear about herbal tea being bad for teeth... Where did you read this? I even drink prepared hibiscus lemonade in summer time....it is also high in antioxidant and strong in color. I did not experience any teeth problem. If you want to be extra cautious then brush your teeth after consumption...Hibiscus is also good for liver. If anyone is interested on the lemonade.

Must say Avanti and Sandhya handled the tea kadai very well, they were under pressure to make stuff that weren't in their menu but still went out of the way and satisfied customers 👏
