Mr. shukla dont really know what he expects from rashmi desai... When she dnt talk to him, he complains she never comes to him, its only he is the one who approaches so she is the reason of the problem between them..

Then again tells her to be good to each other besides tasks because thats what mature persons do...

3 days before he called her "sweetheart" but today when she was sweet to him , again he complains how can she be so sweet to him

I know!!! I was wondering the same. Rashmi kuch bhi karegi toh inko problem hai. And they think only the group is bitching.
