You know my dad always says — a couple bonds better after Kids. You become lot responsible towards your child and towards each other. But 2 people should love each other for each other and not coz of kids. You may love kids the most but one day they will leave to fulfill their dreams.. to live their life. Husband - wife will be left to take care of each other. If you 2 can’t love each other for who you are fir kya karoge when kid flies away.
So I never liked this forceful progression of Hanuman and Babita where their base is Mini. She won’t be there forever. If HS and Babes do not love each other for who they are, fir Mini chali jayegi toh kya karenge dono.
And HS and Babes fell for each other outside of Mini’s knowledge and involvement. So it’s not like they are not capable of surviving without her. This forceful narration that Without Mini they will collapse gets out such a wrong notion.
Exactly. The same thing is happening with me right now. Mom and Dad are gonna go on their first solo vacation in over 25 years and Mom is just like mein jaa ki karungi, mein toh bore ho jaongi bacho bina, and I got HUGE Babita vibes. Like, Mom just go and have fun. 😆
As you mentioned, they need to love each other for each other because kids won't be with them always. Whether it's for a long period of time or short, they need to be comfortable in just each other's company.
Agar Minnie chale jayegi, toh baccha paida karenge aur uss mein busy ho jayenge, aur kya. 😆
This is why I was so strongly against Minnie's involvement when she found out about HS loving Babita. Bin matlab usse har jaga ghusaye jaa re the. I mean, they're both fricking adults in their late thirties, not some fcking kids that need to be monitored for every little thing. Ek nudge dena is fine but just let them be. Whether they're moving at a snail's speed or a cheetah's, that shouldn't be your concern. I honestly feel if they had been left alone, all these issues they're facing now would have been resolved before marriage ever became a topic for them.
