This is between me and Veer Balika” 😆....

I would love to see this HS returning as well without being in constant fear of Babita.

Yes please! They need some bonding time!

Par unhe to Babitha ke tantrums mein hi jyaada interest hai.

All said and done, Mickey does try to be like HS sometimes. I remember how impressed he was during the flirting scene with Poonam.

Obviously Mini needs to grow and live her own life too. But I can’t fathom a Mini who can ever stop herself from loving her mom this much and worrying for her. It’s too deeply ingrained in her nature. Kuch Log hote hain aise.

I just think Minnie will have to learn to balance this too and not get too overwhelmed by Babita's issues by letting them affect her in an extreme manner. I know it's gonna be hard but she will have to grow used to it. Also, she will have to realize that Babita needs to fight some of her own battles and Minnie cannot always be there.

I find it laughable when Mini says Mickey is her soulmate. If anyone has seen her soul it's HS. Sadly she has no idea how much HS knows her.

I agree, she has no idea how much HS knows her.

I remember when Minnie was writing in her diary that no one has really seen her. That's when I realized she was clueless about how HS saw her. Sure, he still has a lot to learn but he does get her.

It's such a shame that he lost all his self-confidence and is beginning to second-guess himself where Minnie is concerned, whereas once upon a time he used to instinctively know how to take charge of a situation and help her or support her. He is the same man, he just needs to forgive himself first for the CD mistake and take it upon himself to do better next time. People learn parenting over time, they don't know how to do it from day one and new parents always make mistakes no matter how hard they try to make things perfect for their child. HS will have to go through this journey too. If Minnie had been a baby/toddler a lot of these issues wouldn't have been there, but she's been through trauma and has psychological issues, is a strong-headed adult... He's got his hands full and he will have to learn to navigate all that.

Exactly. Why be mature all the time. Be a kid. Your mother will be fine in her new world. Build your own world. Let other people in. Make new relationships. Fall in love. Get heartbroken. But please move forward. Don't waste your time on your mother.

I don't think she's wasting her time on her mother. She will always support Babita but it doesn't mean she can't look at her own needs too.

For her to be a kid, she needs to have adults around her who let her have that space. As HS and Babita's relationship stabilize, Minnie can learn to let go a little.

I think Minnie might benefit from the same lesson HS gave her a while ago about trusting her mother to fight her own battles and supporting her as a coach, since Babita is the one who has to go out and play on the field.

He will gain his confidence back when Mini actually confronts him about CD issue.

I guess they're waiting for Babita to grow into this strong woman who beats him up himself. Learns how to stand up for herself in the very moment something wrong happens. Not ages later.

Par yeh toh second last episode mein hoga shayad. 😆

Yes, I don’t think anyone disagrees that Mini needs to learn to balance and let go many times as well.

I don’t think she consciously wants to fight all of Babita’s battles, but she can’t help herself when she sees her mom in pain or discomfort....it’s an instinct that drives her to try to take away her mother’s pain. Much like the instinct that drives many parents to want to fight all battles for their children. It’s a struggle to let go and let the child grow on its own. That is what Mini struggles with because in many ways, Babita gives the impression of a clueless and hapless child....so Mini steps up to play parent.

But at the end of the day, Mini isn’t really a parent. She’s been a pseudo parent to Babita in some ways but she can’t fully know what it means. Which is why she struggles more with letting go of Babita to let her fall and hurt herself.....If she was an actual adult trying to be a parent, she would see some of the pitfalls of this differently...but she’s a child trying to be a parent so that compounds some mistakes.

There was a lovely scene during the depression track when Babita talks to Mini about how she taught her to walk and how she used to be so scared of Mini falling and hurting herself, she used to cling tightly to her hand....but ultimately she realized she had to let go of her hand and she did.....

That’s the lesson Mini has to learn as well I guess. She was kinda learning it when she put Babita’s hand in that of HS’s during the wedding and tried to step back but the CD incident flipped everything again.

ROFL...yeah I guess Babita can learn Karate (from someone else, not Mini, otherwise Mini will be blamed to be mahaan and interfering for teaching Karate to Babita 🙄) and then beat up Khatri in the very last epi. Ho jaayegi empowerment complete. Lol
