A ODE TO RISHABH BAJAJ
Rishabh Bajaj, a ruthless man knew how to make deals and he made one more deal with Prerna, this time for personal purpose, not for his business, not for money but for his daughter, Cookie...
What was a deal for him, gradually started changing and he realized he who the world called ruthless was capable of loving another person apart from his daughter..The more Prerna kept rejecting him the more he fell deeper in love with her...
Living the feel of having a family in a long time with Prerna and Cookie, Rishabh this time wanted to guard his home front, keep his family together and right or wrong it does not matter, sometimes you got to do what you got to do and Rishabh acted rash/ impulsive or whatever because he had, had enough..And that is fair enough..
Sometimes we all act and react..But tagging along the actions and reactions comes in consequences and Rishabh's actions and reactions too had consequences, the debt of consequences he owed to be paid, he owed this to Prerna for wedding her with a deal, he owed this to Cookie because trying to do right by her he did unjust to another and he owed it to himself because he loved his daughter and he loved his wife..
The price of consequences was heavy on his soul, yet as Rishabh's heart breaks in silence and tears stream down his eyes. he dies a little from within, his soul shatters bit by bit, yet with a firm hold, he engulfs his family in a strong grip, for one last time he knows it, he feels it yet he stands there, taking the crumbs, taking away memories to hold onto though the pain slashes his heart and leaves him bleeding, he stands there creating a cocoon, a safe haven, for them and for him...
Showing blatantly that it was, is and will be, THEM ALWAYS, over HIM, he would not mind dying a thousand painful deaths if it keeps Prerna and Cookie happy..And so he chose the most difficult path for him, the path of walking away, though he knows he is leaving a part of his heart behind, yet ready to sleep on a bed of thorns he has let go of Prerna..
It is not everyday you come across such men, who let people go, for their happiness.....
Rishabh Bajaj, he has walked away now giving his enemy a piece of his heart and a piece of his life, for now I will assume that he is out there living with Cookie, cracking more business deals by the day, lighting his cigar and having a glass of whiskey by the night, moving on yet living in Prerna's memories..
His love stays unrequited, yet he loved and he continues to love Prerna...He made a deal that went downhill, love was never supposed to be a part of the equation, but now that it is, with the deal done and dusted between Rishabh and Prerna, all is not lost one fine day they can cross paths and start picking up new pieces for a fairytale...
In the past she did not want him, but in future she might as well need him..And he will be right there beside her, neither letting her trip nor letting her fall, he will hold for both of their sanity' sake..
And this time Prerna might as well be with him willingly, love him with her own heart' consent...They will thrive together, as a family, as lovers, as companions....And until then Rishabh Bajaj's love is enough for both of them!!!!
