No... AB- cannot accept AB+ because of the RH factor that is present in AB+. AB+ can accept AB-, which makes AB+ the universal acceptor and O- the universal donator.

no AB+ is universal accepter not AB- ko AB- Or O- hi blood donate kar sakta hai
