Self preservation is a strong instinct indeed, especially when you have been hurt the way these too have. Even if they take baby steps towards each other, they will get there one day. I want them to do it for each other, not for Babita, or Ashok, or log kya kahenge.

See, I consider the phrase “holding it against” to be different from being disappointed by someone.

Yes, HS has disappointed her off late with his neglect. The image of a hero who could handle everything has taken a hit.

But I still never see a grudge in her eyes towards him. All I see is yearning.....it’s all vulnerability.

They have to learn to accept each other as flawed people who can falter.

But HS definitely needs to realize that a child can’t be neglected like this even if he is vulnerable himself.

I think he needs some guidance from NB. They are in tears as they hug each other after he puts on the taabeez. I hope some of this is about Minnie and his relationship.

@bold, that's the thing here. They both need to stop worrying about "Babita kya sochegi". So what if she is upset from time to time? She has to learn to hear bitter truths.

Honestly, I think it’s beyond HS and Mini now to manage to get through to her. She needs active therapy. She’s become totally emotionally abusive towards HS and Mini....constantly treating them like punching bags for her own frustrations.

They have tried both things with her....giving her love as well as trying to explain life and relationships to her. But she seems incapable of grasping. They are too close to her to be effective I guess. Only a neutral third party dedicated to tackling Babita May help 🤷‍♀️

That's what I was thinking too. NB tried to explain to her as best as she could but it didn't seem to have an impact. Even Minnie was really upset with Babita for what she said to HS and recognized the same pattern in her mother's behavior as she has seen in the recent past.

Minnie ko gaal pe chaanta maara tha uss din, ib HS ko sautela aur failure qaraar de kar chaanta maar rahi hai.

Based on the scene from today's episode, it's obvious she didn't get the gist of what NB was trying to tell her.....she seems to have presumed that NB was telling her to jataao pyar to her beti.....lol so after doing her b'day celebration with Mini, she then pounced on HS and DEMANDED that he JATAAO pyar for Mini.....LOL 🤔

So yes, comprehension abilities toh minus hain hi....yeh sab therapy se hi solve ho sakta hai....she needs to talk to someone who can explain the full picture to her.....get through all her hang-ups and "amrit manthan" cuz otherwise toh HS-Mini hi zehreele hote rahenge sab sehte sehte......all she does is emotionally abuse them every other day.

Mini definitely knows her mom's tendencies so she knew it will come to this blame game....let's see if it occurs to any of them to take Babita for therapy.....lol
