Honestly, from what i understand rashmi's food has been a bit low par recently with many hms complaining that it was undercooked.

But asim only raised an issue when the quantity of the food reduced. Clearly a single parantha isnt enough for a person who is used to eating 2-3 rotis, and is also working out, doing tasks and household duties. Only when rashmi said that there was only one per person did he say that they are getting only 1 roti that too undercooked.

If 2 rotis per person is the norm, rashmi should have consulted others before changing it.
