I don’t think so. Even before their fight, they didn’t interact or talk much. There were just 2-3 instances which BB milked to the T.

Other than that, they genuinely seem to dislike each other. The reason why they talked to each other tonight can be that they don’t want to divulge some personal stuff that only they know hence want each other to abstain from talking about each other to anyone else.

I see ZERO chemistry in them. Their show too wasn't based on just their pair but there was a third angle with Sidharth in their show. Anyway, I don't find them interesting together and not interested in what happened before the Bigg boss in their life. Here Rashmi bitches about Sid all the time. Isn't it so clear that these two may have been together as in attracted towards each other in past but due to some misunderstanding and since both are strong minded people, they must have had fights and seperated.
