So, on that day she was also drunk and perhaps also under drug effects,she tried to sit on the rail / paali of her terrace, ( 5th floor Flat Balcony ) while she was talking and joking with guests/friends at her house.,…. And suddenly, she turned around,.. lost da balance and accident happened.

You choose the theory and Be your own judge,….. I, be fine either way,… and would not counter-argue. 😊

She had not died instantly on the spot, so,.. per her father, an Honest accident chances Theory also fly,..

But she married Sajid at very early age. If she had so many boyfriends and sleeping around with producers, then why would she get marry? She died when she was 19 and she got married when she was 18. Never seen any actresses get marry that early when their career is going so successful.

No they were not friends infact Divya Bharti hardly talked to him,

I don’t know if they were friends but I saw on many interviews that he talked about her. Only few actors does that after their co-star die. She was his first co-star and she was famous. So it could be the reason why he honored her but if she didn’t talk to him, then I don’t think he would’ve honor her.

articles I had read many, at that time,... which were confirming that she was taking Drugs,...besides alcohol,...

The below articles ( Links ) also says,... Sajid and her love-affair was secret, hidden,.. and Sajid even was denying of having married and sort of Love-Jehaad type,.... Also, no article says,... her parents had approval of marriage, ( they did court - marriage ) to convert to Islam and hence it can be deduced that, Her parents were in disapproval, ( Her mothers behavior of meeting her/corpse in Hospital also supports disapproval ) but just to make her own quick career she was going to any extent with Producers,... Friendship/ secret marriage/sex/ alcohol/drugs...

Also, On that day no car were parked below that thin ledge window, ( 5 floors down ) which was very unlikely,.. and sounded like,... Sonia was always went with Rajiv in all meetings and addressing/ lectures except that day, when Rajiv got killed in Bomb=blast.

If window, in living room was the only window facing down ( there was no balcony ) how and why she can sit on ledge of window, having her back towards the living room and as if she is in a preparation to jump down? If she was talking with her maid and other two guests in the room and in that talking joking mode, even if she sat on thin metal frame of windows, would not her back be towards outside the window? But, articles says reverse. So, was she thrown down, by holding her forcefully ? If she was thrown down, why she would not say anything in hospital? She was not dead on the spot !

Internally from the living room, it will look somewhat like this.

Now, if with a cup of soda/alcohol bottle sipping, you are talking and joking with room guests,.. on an open window,...you would still sit on that open window, having your back towards outside. But the article says, her back was towards the living room, ( how, why and what for ? ) as if she sat there, hanging her legs outside, waiting to touch the ground, 5 storey down,...for jumping out ! And, while talking to her maid in the kitchen loud,.... she turns around, loses her balance and hence slips down in an accident...from 5th floor !!

This part remains un-understood,... Something just does not jive,....

Bollywood is a cruel place. Poor Divya died so early not even in her 20s. Justice should be done to her death. Sajid seems to be double edged sword.
