Errmmm...I think he is trying not to shock raima due to her health condition. Most likely cant outright tell her he loves Sonakshi. But he should tell Sonakshi what he has been doing and saying and why.

Right now theres a lot of emotional turmoil rohit is going through, I may not agree to all his actions. But I can see what he might be thinking . However, I will give him benefit of doubt till he and sona have a clear conversation.

I think the whole point of the show is a love story between an actress and a doctor ... He has already said that he loves her when he proposed in the hospital

And the conversation you are referring to has not ended let's wait till Monday to hear what he says ...

But as for in front of Sonakshi, I felt he was goading her into confession and asking him not to go to raita. Very vain Male characteristics, but yeah, he wanted Sonakshi to say it.
