A bow to KVG and Dipika specially for the last 2 minutes of today’s episode. What brilliance! Just emoted everything.. the hug was just ❤️

Rohit is ambushed by his guilt. He is not able to leave behind Raima or confess to her that he does not feel the same way for her anymore nor is he able to let go of Sona.

He wants to desperately convince himself that he needs to be with Raima and let go of Sona. He is just not able to do it hence he ran to Sona and embraced her. Throughout his time with Raima, he didn’t look to be in peace but a moment with Sona and he was melting. That’s what love does to you. He feels he is responsible for Raima’s lost four years and so he is trying to make it up by being with her and just humming to whatever she demands for. This track is for his closure and healing. He is realising slowly and subtly that he can’t breathe without Sona.

He was almost suffocated, and wanted to get out of an intimate position with Raima, the same guy who was happy hugging and cuddling Sona in a open parking lot just two days ago. He is realising that it’s not the same now and with time he will accept it and own up to it. It’s a matter of time. It’s not easy, it’s going to be a tough battle of his guilt vs heart. I think this is also more because he was committed to Raima, he is not the type of guy who just changes lovers like clothes. He is not Rohan. His long relationship, commitment, Raima’s presence, guilt is all taking a toll on him.

When he asked Sona- ‘Chala jaun humesha ke liye?’ He was more questioning himself and begging to her that she should not let go of him. He was so relieved and contained when Sona said ‘don’t go, please don’t go’. He needed her, he needed her to tell him that he should be with her and that she is with him. He needs assurance, no matter how stupid it sounds it’s what people do even in real. When they are held up they need someone close to them to tell them what to do. He is tormented and an inner battle is beholding his senses. But yes this does not justify the mess he created yesterday by disclosing half headed truth. But when I think of it, he just wanted to let go off things, almost give up. His guilt was driving him. It’s going to very tough for Sona as Rohit struggles to battle his guilt, she is going to be left to wonder where she belongs in his life more often than not until he finds solace and peace

First thing why Rohit feels guilt ..j seriously yet to understand this ..did he intentionally did some procedure wrong on raima ..if it was a losing case as said ...then he tried his best to make her survive ...at least in voma ..other option if left is death

Then what the hell is guilt for . Done one make me understand

In a doctor ptofession there will never be 100 percent 99 percent success ..if u r closest persons r doctors u will know that ..how many hopeless cases come by and his they try and how they lose by ..

So what the heck is guilt for

Raima wasted 4 years is raima fate .or Sona mom guilt ..if sona mom is cause for delay of getting raima admitted

Its .not guilt of Rohit ..he tried his best to save her ..it was either death it getting operated with no success ..

Accidental cases if operated death happens is not guilt by any means medically or non medically or ethically ..

What he wants things to let go by and he was with guilt ..so he put blame on Sona ..

Seriously at least can u understand what u f saying ..

What the hell his guilt has to do with him letting Sona get blamed .

Letting things go by means letting loved ones getting blamed unnecessarily

You have analysed it very well, and expeessed it beautifully. But the part that is not convincing, as u say yourself, is how he treats Sona whenever he is in a corner, and the whole thing of giving his family a half true account of his relationship with Sona & throwing her under the bus. Even if he didnt realise he was doing that, Naren’s comment shd hv made him realise it & immediately correct their impression with the rest of the story. No matter how upset we are, even if we hv suffered a bereavement, we don’t lose our heads to the extent that we mistreat the ones we love. No amt of analysis & empathy can redeem Rohit in my eyes.

Exactly u nailed it ..unless memory loss happens to his brain ..nothing else can redeem Rohit for what he did to Sona before his parents ..

And such a sly two timer he did not even say to Sona what he did to her character before his parents ..and has guts to say ME TOO when raima said I love u ( dont tell medically for god sake ..he could have been silent and cleverly diverted topic )and has EQUAL guts to go to sona and say he can't leave her

Exactly! How can you do something like this to the person you love. In fact when we love a person, even if that person has done something wrong we usually try to justify or at least pacify others to not make a big deal about it. Here he didn't tell them that he was the one who forced a reluctant Sona into a fake relationship & on top of that he lied about their relationship & just stood there while Naren was bad mouthing her. Some people say that he stared at Naren, WTH, he always stares at Naren, nothing new. So how can it be taken as supporting Sona?

Beautiful post.

You penned down a lot of things people are just not understanding. Just like love, guilt can make you do things you never imagined. He is making mistakes, creating confusion and even being unfair to people in his life, especially the two women, but that's what makes him realistic. Things aren't just black and white, human emotions aren't just right or wrong. Sometimes we do things we ourselves feel ashamed of just because we think it's the need of the hour. What Rohit is doing is what he feels is urgent right now. Heartbreaks can be dealt with later but Raima's health is top priority for him. He is probably just thinking like a doctor and the lover in him is causing the inner turmoil.

This track is much needed for so many reasons. For Rohit to correct his mistakes and embrace his present, for Sona to realise that she is not just a replacement of Raima but Rohit's first choice. It's going to be tough for us as viewer's too and yes its going to be very tough for Sonakshi but I think Rohit has calmed half her fears by saying he loves and trusts her.
