These guys stay quite when terrorism kill innocent people..... These guys don't speak up against the reservation system which is draining India's brain .....

Plus bollywood is still under Underworld's influence so their intention cannot be trusted....

Only thing is the petitioner shouldn't have mentioned Modi and his performance as pm. That should speak for itself and shouldn't need tom-tom'ing...

This just proves one of the points made in the open letters that there is no democracy with no dissent. And to tarnish PM Modi's 'impressive' performance, it needs to exist first. The economy is sputtering and common people are showing absolute detest towards the government.

Bas ab yahi sab baqi reh gaya hai, govt directly doesn't get involved in curbing free speech etc but has more than enough free loaders, institutions etc who do it on their behalf ...it has been their tactic for a while .

Stupid thing. Calling them out for their hypocrisy is fine. Why this silly move by government?

I don’t know whether government permission is required for FIR. Some lawyers has put a case against them is some magistrate court in some state (Orissa?). Police have registered the case and put an FIR. What happens next? Obviously these people will not go, send another lawyer notice or some such thing and the matter will die. May be the lawyer wanted publicity. (I don’t know law).

If they have to be produced in court, then it should be a news (threat for free speech). If not why give media publicity for a foolish lawyer? It will encourage others also to do similar thing and unnecessarily waste court’s time.

PIL' can be filed by anyone. Does not require any permissions from government. Though most of these are by associates of the ruling party so indirectly approved by the government (though nothing official) most of them are done with vested interests to settle political scores.
