Bajaj has some enmity with Moloy Basu, Moloy Basu is owner of Basu Publication, he wanted to destroy them financially, Anurag works in his father's company, as Bajaj has said many times he never had anything personal against Anurag, he follows up his words with his actions.

Now he has something personal against Anurag and he has warned Anurag countless times to stay away from him.

Bajaj wanted Prerna for Cookie and Basu Publication for Moloy, Anurag is just connected to these two.

Bajaj on MANY occasions had warned Anurag about the consequences and told him to back off but Anurag still keeps buzzing around him like a housefly. Honestly anyone will get irritated with Anurag because of the way he behaves
