Angelina Jolie makes her glorious return as the wickedly charming Maleficent in the sequel to the 2014 hit, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. While Elle Fanning returns as the wonderfully pleasant Princess Aurora, we will also see the entry of Michelle Pfeiffer as the treacherous Queen Ingrith. Directed by Joachim Rønning, Maleficent: Mistress of Evilalso stars Harris Dickinson (replacing Brenton Thwaites), Chiwetel Ejiofor, Ed Skrein, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville in pivotal roles. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil is indeed one of the highly-anticipated films of 2019.
During an interview with Access, Angelina, Michelle and Elle were asked who their teenage crush growing up was. Pfieffer was the first to respond when she said her crush was America singer and teen idol, Bobby Sherman. On the other hand, Jolie revealed that she loved Marlon Brando in A Streetcar Named Desire(1951). When Fanning pointed out that she loved John Travolta's character Danny Zuko in Grease(1978), Angelina shared that she loved Michelle in Grease 2 (1982). "Was I your teen crush?," Pfeiffer quipped with her eyebrows raising playfully which transformed into a gushing smile to which Jolie responded, "Actually, I definitely was into you when you sang Cool Rider on that ladder. You were very hot. Scarface(1983), I also had a big crush on you then."
