hey Nithya good afternoon, had your lunch? yes today I went out for lunch , had a hearty meal and enjoyed as if I dont care about anyone. These days I eat a proper meal once a day so I eat like Queen..🤪... stopped taking coffee / tea with sugar or milk.. lets see how long can I sustain..
