I could for one accept a cosmetic dermatologist performing that surgery but a neurosurgeon or caridosuergon doing that is totally absurd.

Dermo and Gynaec have their separate residencies, they do not come under General Surgery.

And Sid is in Gen Surgery. He hasn't been super specialized in any field yet

I'm just talking about what could have been like if you consult a doctor and you need to go through some procedures for example take your both molars and wisdom tooth is rotten and you decided to get them filled and the doctor suggested that one teeth would be filled today and the other will be done after a week and the third after another week and take advances according to the scheduled events and collected the money and I didn't see the actress giving Dr Sid money at that moment she said okay she wants to do that surgery then where did the money came from cause at that moment no money was transferred and Sid was like the money is arranged, how??

Did he get some type of commission by just making her agree to go for the surgery?? If yes then I can see how the money was arranged by her just agreeing and not going under the scissor or laser. If by just consulting the cosmetic dermatologist did he get commission of 2 lakhs then the whole situation could be understood but otherwise it doesn't make any sense on many levels.

A lot of Sanjivani scene doesn't make sense i supposed.. I mean how could a first year resident perform a surgery on her first day without waiting for her supervisor? Don't they need training or theatre time to observe and gain experience first? What about when Dr. Juhi performed a brain surgery on Dr. Shashank without prior practice or plan? Then the next day he can walk and talk like it is just some minor procedure? They really need to learn to make believable and sensible medical drama like Grey's anatomy or the Good doctor.

Then he in his last year of PG and can just assist the doctors. So, this doesnt make sense.

I know dear, I was under the impression Sid completed his Pg and is still doing residency to gain extra knowledge in other fields of his interests and all and now that you cleared that he is still in last year of PG the situation become more absurd for me.

And then they claim they've done research and it all just makes me laugh out loud and go with Ayesha's advise leave your logic and brain aside while watching the show which I can't as the mysteries of bio is too interesting and they're making such a joke out of it.

Btw I'm arhanya nice debating with you and kooty ji and kooty ji you a soon to be physician that's great to know.

If gynecologist is a separate thing than surgery then why and how did Anjali want to become the head of surgery? Isn't that one of the plot holes in Sanjivani?
