I'm neither defending him nor I'm agreeing with his way. I'm just stating that we dont know what procedures the actress went through and Dr Sid performed them so it cant be surgery as he isn't a specialist in that field he is just a resident doc and not a dermatologist surgeon to go through all this even if he suggested he cant be the one performing anything on her. He can be a friend suggesting surgery like advisors that suggest things to actress whether they go with it or not depends on them. So, shouldn't the show paint a clear picture what was the whole matter and from their interactions she seemed like a regular patient of him or the dermatologist suerfgon under whom he is learning about those processes.

He can just give her injections and all those minor beauty processes. So, shouldn't we get a clear picture on all those stuffs as being from medical field and doing a little research on vaccination it's getting all confusing and frustrating for me.

Sorry, I wanted to put up a clear cut fact and differences in different type of medical branches anyone from cardiology, neurology or pediatrics, even gyno and any other such departments wont ever suggest extra surgeries knowing the health risks in that department. They wont give any suggestions they'll check your symptoms, write tests and answer your questions if you have any and then let the dietitian and nutritionist do their work while cosmetology and dermatology branch of medicine is all business and many doctors nowadays get attracted to that branch because of the easy flow of money and easy lifestyle in this branch. I'm not sure whether all the dermatology and plastics are all about the money. I mean, yes, it could be said that plastics and dermatology are mostly about the money. However, if I have a skin rash or skin infections or any other skin disease and go to the dermatologist.. I'm not sure whether that is business or really a patient in need of physicians. Also, if someone was in a car accident or had an oral cancer and needs reconstructions.. is it a patient in need of physicians or a business?

Also, if you watched the episode where Dr. Sid was offering a plastic surgery to that actress; Dr. Sid said that he'd be doing the surgery and he'd be asking for a couple of lakh to keep it discreet. He did take the money from the actress; then he used it to pay for that boy's surgery and treatment.

What are you trying to say? Are you justifying that perhaps Dr. Sid is suggesting unneccesary surgery for other surgeon to perform; while he just administered drugs and vitamins? And asked for lakhs or rupee from the actress to cover the bill of that village boy he rescued?

I know about dermatologist but their are specializations in that field too and that's why I said so when you visit a dermatologist check the name plate and the degrees attached with it, it'll be given the dermatologist specializes in which field. Some dermatologist just treats skin infections and all and the skin cancer will be treated by a dermatologist who has specialization in Mohs surgery while the dermatologist to treat actresses and plastic surgeries and al specializes in cosmetic Dermatology and for skin rashes and skin infection the one to treat you generally have specialization in dermatopathology. So, at the end game the specialization differentiates the diff type of dermatologist and you'll consult diff type of dermatologist in different occassions.

And Dr Sid's designation is confusing, In India senior residents has completed their MS and works to gain extra experience but till now it isn't clear in which field he got his MS and what he is a neuro, cardio, dermio, gyno or what and that surgery episode didnt sit well with me. I could for one accept a cosmetic dermatologist performing that surgery but a neurosurgeon or caridosuergon doing that is totally absurd.

I'm not justifying Dr Sid's mean I'm talking about the absurdity of the whole situation atleast show something that makes sense. I'm just talking about what could have been like if you consult a doctor and you need to go through some procedures for example take your both molars and wisdom tooth is rotten and you decided to get them filled and the doctor suggested that one teeth would be filled today and the other will be done after a week and the third after another week and take advances according to the scheduled events and collected the money and I didn't see the actress giving Dr Sid money at that moment she said okay she wants to do that surgery then where did the money came from cause at that moment no money was transferred and Sid was like the money is arranged, how??

Did he get some type of commission by just making her agree to go for the surgery?? If yes then I can see how the money was arranged by her just agreeing and not going under the scissor or laser. If by just consulting the cosmetic dermatologist did he get commission of 2 lakhs then the whole situation could be understood but otherwise it doesn't make any sense on many levels.

Sid is doing his PG in the department of General Surgery. After completing and again sitting through another exam NEET- SS he'll get into a superspeciality- which could be neuro, plastic, cardiac etc
