So Karan knew about Rishabh's feelings and still married Preeta?

Everyone who as seen the episode today has witnessed the stark contrast between two men who were incidentally brought up in the same household by the same parents, and yet seem to have very very different aptitudes in their personalities.

So if I have understood the dialogues correctly today, it would mean that Karan was aware that his brother had feelings for Preeta and yet he 'chose' to get married to Preeta. What the actual F*** is going on in his mind?

Has Karan actually gotten married to Preeta for revenge because he genuinely believes that Preeta used Rishabh's feelings towards her to get Sherlyn inside the Luthra house and that is the reason she took money?

OR

Is this ALL Karan's plan in the long run to keep Preeta free of Prithvi so that once Sherlyn is out of Rishabh's life Karan fulfil's the promise he made to Rishabh during his wedding?

Karan is already a pretty well-rounded misogynist of a character, but if any of the above reasons are true (which they might be) Karan reaches an entirely different level of douchebagness....

I don't think he meant Rishabh's feelings for Preeta as love. I understand it like he knows that Rishabh has a soft corner for Preeta ji and always supported her. As for a example Rishabh wasn't ready to postpone the wedding for Karan but was very much ready for Preeta. So I guess Karan was talking about this and not love.

There was no any indication that Karan even has a bit of suspicion of Rishabh's feelings.

I am talking about feelings. LOVE is a very big word shouldn't be thrown around in everyday conversations. Nevertheless, there were four separate scenes/incidents were it seemed as thou Karan had more than an inkling. The first of which happened during Monisha and Karan's wedding when Karan, Rishabh, Preet and Kritika were all standing together and waiting for Sammy (to be convinced by Shrishti), Karan became acutely aware of HOW much Rishabh 'listens' to Preeta, in fact his dialogue during that particular scene was 'Preeta tum mere bhai se khuch bhi karwa sakti ho'.

Karan seemed equally aware and equally miffed during another scene just after all the hullabaloo at his wedding was over and Preeta was almost instantly talking about how to stop Rishabh from getting married to Sherlyn. When Karan and Shrishti asked Rishabh to postpone his wedding, Rishabh asked them for a reason, and when he turned around and saw Preeta, Rishabh very clearly said that if Preeta doesn't want him to get married to Sherlyn he wouldn't ask for a reason. Karan who again seemed very aware of what was happening at that point literally came in between Rishabh and Preeta in order to enunciate to her to NOT come in between both the brother.

Last two scene that I am talking about happened rather recently one at Rishabh's bachelors party and another one at Rishabh's wedding. In those last two scenes Karan was trying to bait Rishabh into confessing the name of the person.

Karan and I am going to as far and say even Rishabh were suspicious of each others feelings for Preeta, (NOT ENTIRELY) but definitely they weren't COMPLETELY unaware.

Dear, karan and every character apart from Beeji was too dumb to even suspect rishabh had romantic feelings for preeta. So karan definitely never had an inkling.

first scenerio might be true but i will reserve my opinion till karan repeats something like this in near future

Those 4 scenes you mentioned about are not significant in the context of the whole story. The writers always give us this kind of scenes to keep interest and expectation level high. But then they just forget about it and move on.

Karan is not aware of Rishabh's love for Preeta. And other feelings than love are not important for Karan to stop his matrimonial plan. I am sure if he knew he would never married Preeta.

It will be another big drama for several weeks in the future when he will know😁

i feel the feelings he mentioned is rishab's attraction towards preeta.that's why karan said don't think that I am not aware of your feelings towards preeta n rishab got irritated.but I think karan didn't really mean it.he talked like that just out of his anger n frustration as rishab was talking in favour of preeta
