Prerna has become attached to bajaj now. As the aunt said it will be very hard to separate them. No matter how she feels she can't leave him and this is all because of her attractiveness towards him that she herself is unaware of and his nature as a human being. Prerna had so many chances to break off the marriage. She could've done it after getting the evidence to free A but she was loyal. She kept through her promise. She could've done it when A got hit in the road while trying to stop prerish marriage and again she didnt. Not even his condition got her to leave. Then when A dropped intentionally in front of bajaj car and try to make P hate him again she could've divorce him like what A told her. She chose again not to.

What she told A that no matter what he does she will stay with bajaj. It's not about A anymore. Their marriage started because of A and now it's not about that anymore. It's more. She choses to stay with him because she WANTS to. She tried to hate him. She thought her cold, rude and indifferent behavior will keep him at a distant and will not ruin the picture she has of him in her mind however destiny had other plans in store. It couldn't be stopped. Because she saw the real bajaj during the marriage.

I know I am in the minority but I still do believe that Prerna stopped bajaj from telling mohini what happened because she wanted to spare them the pain of knowing that their son intentionally jumped in front of a car to harm himself. That's how PRERNA character is. It wasn't because of A. It's was for his parents.
