No, she said GB was the first time her first choices for both the roles said yes... Ranveer being the first choice she had to repeat kyunki someone was releasing article after article around the time of GB release saying that he was first choice so she refuted the rumours on record everywhere. She actually offered RK MC Sher role (second lead) when he wanted Murad. She wrote Murad for Ranveer as Ranveer said she came to him with script while he was shooting Befikre in Paris.

I don’t believe Alia not lobbying and Kjo not calling Zoya for GB. And that she was Zoya’s choice. 😂

She mentions how Aloo was first choice without the interviewer asking.. (second page of interview).

I can believe she casted Aloo without any interference from Kjo because Zoya is very particular about casting. If she feels they do not suit the part she will not cast them despite her friendships with them... The first and only role papa jo did not lobby for her most probably.

I want to know what SLB is smoking for him to think Alia could pull this role off. Has he *seen* her??

The news says she will star in it, but doesn't say how big the role is. Maybe it's the young Gangubai? SLB's project was always supposed to involve several actresses of various ages.

Such a put off heroine, name of movie, concept everything ...FLOP

Atleast Hrithik isn't replacing Bhai for InshAllah. That would have been a nightmare 🤢 .
