Im not in favor of the fact that Aliya hid her illness from her kids. Bachon ko pata hona chahiye. It makes the kids more prepared for whats to come and spend more quality time warna it comes as an even bigger shock agar achanak maut ho jaye to. They would just be left remorseful with regrets
