I guess he'll transition into calling her Babita or Babita ji once they get more comfortable with each other. As of right now, Babita isn't really a wife to him. She's more of a lady of the Haveli.

I actually think it's fine because they're not that close yet. Also, even if she's the makaan malkin she isn't exploring the house and making it her own yet. I think it's deliberate writing and there's a journey there too... leaving her mark on the entire haveli over time as she makes it apna. She's confined to the barsaati for now.

In a way, this whole thing has turned into a marriage of convenience. There was so much going on in the last two episodes that my head's about to explode. Will put some thoughts down once I can articulate them.
