They didn't have a problem with breaking Losliya egg, their problem was they doubted sandy has helped tarsh by distracting Kevin to help break kavin egg, so kavin told it first, inta Losliya odane kacha kattitu kelambita gyaayam kekradukku.

Kavin nalla pesiye polaichiduvaan, and he has trained Los the same way now. After getting their eggs broken they both spoke in an accusatory tone to the others and that prolonged the argument. Why they expecting friendship in this game now? If they don’t want to target their friend that’s their choice. They shouldn’t impose the same on everyone.
