but if you want divorce you go though court,it takes time as court some times wants you to do mandatory reconciliation tryout😆 .Only time I think woman can easily get divorce is if they can prove abuse of any kind including dowry demands.

we have to follow the official marriage act where you have to basically declare that you are not marrying some one related to you 7 generations from father side and 5 from mother(kisko yaad hota hai itni door tak) so people just dont marry within same last name and in punjab also not possible to marry in same ancestral village either.

only exemption from this rule is some people who do such marriages from generations and I think they have list of last names etc where they allow it,or tribes or you are muslim then there is totally different rules according to islamic laws.

but some times people just separate but no legal divorce,which can be sad if you want to marry again,but some times I have seen people get together after 5-6 years also,second marriage is illegal though.

Do you think Sadia will go with umair on fri for test?

either Umair will get phone call about report and will be too distraught to go through the test or I will be pleasantly surprised that umair decided to wait because of baby risk.

Also makers may show they are dumb like they are showing in breast cancer treatment options (bhool showed it better) so they may play ignorant about prepartum risks of DNA test with amniocentesis and just go ahead with test.

One thing am worried about is ke Sadia/zeenat should not question Aaliya's motives as I feel Zoobie will rub in that Umair's mom is suggesting/supporting DNA test.

Yes but she also made assumptions about Umair without even meeting him. Doesn't matter though because regardless of what it was Sadia did disrespect him for no reason when Zubi and Umair wanted to talk to her about their relationship so Sadia could then go and advocate for them in front of her parents. Umair did not sneak into her room, Zubi had personally brought him inside. Zubi had invited him over specifically to speak to Sadia. Umair was rather respectful to Sadia but she was rude and just wouldn't give him a chance to speak. Sadia was the one who pushed him and grabbed his collar. Even then Umair continued to be respectful.
