Hello everyone! I’m new to the fandom - just started watching Sanjivani recently. And in a short amount of time, I’ve fallen in love with it. It has a great ensemble cast, the pacing is well done, and the storylines are intelligent and thought-provoking. I know the show has gotten mixed reviews, but in my humble opinion, Sanjivani has caught my interest like few shows have. Yes, there were some mediocre episodes in between and you can tell the leads are finding their rhythm with each other. But overall, I love the chemistry between Sid and Ishani. I love that we have a male lead who respects women, and a female lead who is intelligent and isn’t afraid to speak her mind. They both have their flaws, and we as the audience get to watch them learn about those flaws in themselves and each other.

I never watched the original Sanjivani or DMG, but I’m also really enjoying the characters of Dr Shashank, Juhi, and even Anjali. I’m a big fan of the actress who is playing Anjali, and even though I wish she was playing a more likable character, they’ve definitely given her shades of gray.

I won’t spoil today’s episode for those who don’t have Hotstar, but it was so good that I found myself dreading the end of the episode because it meant that I would have to wait another 24 hours to see what happens next. That is one of the marks of a good show!!

Looking forward to discussing the show with the fandom 😊

I absolutely agree with you. The show is different and everything we love.

Today's episode was so damn good too. I hated that 20 minutes went by so fast so I had to go back and replay the SidIsha scenes. Now I can't wait for tomorrow's. I'm in love!

You both sound just like me. For me this show is refreshing. I haven't watched the previous seasons. I hope it continues because this is the one show I look forward to each night and miss on weekends.

I actually loved the track about the terrorist’s daughter and how Sid and Ishani fought to save her. It showed that no matter how different their approaches might be, they both have a very strong sense of justice and morality. The show did seem to lose some momentum to me after those episodes, but it’s back on track again!!

Welcome to the forum and looking forward for future interactions 😃

Absolutely, within the realms of dramatic periphery, each character has its innate resilient characteristic with traps & treks from past season which skirts seamlessly with present season, be their independent equation with other characters or circumstances, that has shaped their personality and responses within professional boundaries, that are drawn, stretched or overstepped as per their arc, the script relies on the strength of storyline rather than high octave drama.

The palpable tension, between characters refuses to melt away during sharp interactions, especially around Anjali, Dr Shashank & Juhi, the tension stretches to breaking point ( as during yesterday's episode) , the narrative infiltrates the younger lot with subtle interwoven nuances, dividing each into groups of either, protagonist or antagonist creating sufficient friction for the other group to either sink or swim, through uncharted waters ⭐️

Yes 2nd week was good. Now again from last week it is good. All actors are getting into their character's skin very well. Sidisha is great.

Welcome to the forum dear🤗

I agree with you the initial episodes were slow and weren't interesting but as the story has progressed it has got me engrossed.. waiting to watch next episode just to know what happens next..

In an era of mythological and supernatural shows Sanjivani is truly a breath of fresh air along with a few others that has the potential not just to catch the eye of young viewers but also retaining the viewers of previous seasons.. And the way the show has been introduced doesn't require a new viewer to know the background of Sanjivani or what happened in previous seasons to understand what is going on in the show..

The cast is absolutely amazing.. And though some people are not liking some of the character portrayals i feel now as the actors have settled in the new character and are comfortable they are doing a much better job than that in the initial episodes..

Welcome to the forum dr...show is progressing good...i love the way how they r revealing each character and their layers...initially i was watching sanjivani for SC...but i have to admit i really like the show and its pace...sidisha are cute, soft and sweetand the young resident lot is so much love...❤️

And yeah i too dont have any problem with anjali-juhi-shashank angle...since i'm a new viewer...but i do feel bad for old viewrs of the show...but lets juz wait for future epis...i dont think they r going to show any angle btwn shashank and juhi...it might be anjali's MU...

I adore sid char so much...someone pointed-out correctly in twitter that...even in todays epi he didnt make the whole apology thing abt himself but explained ishani how she should act in these type of situations...he is a very good BOSS...😎

And ishani...what to say...i juz love her but i know lot of ppl here r not that much fond of ishani char...but i love how she has so much flaws and layers to her...and lil extra love bcoz it is potrayed by SC...😆

And asha...very much finely written character...i juz love her after ishani char...and other residents too...❤️

Vardhan and rishab too...i'm looking forward...they r negative/grey...but i like them too...both the actors r doing complete justice and bringing lil extra too to their characters...👍🏼
