Change is inevitable, people can change for better or for worse, nevertheless , change is the order of life !
kisike aasoon ka mujhpe kab se asar hone lagaa .. asar ho raha hai ...but why
It all started the day her tears started to impact him, affect him ,...he who struggled to apologize for lashing out at her during storeroom incident when Prerna was negligent and it was her err .. apologized for her tears , like in the previous episode where he said it's about a person's life and death, today also he said, " main aapko kabhi rokhunga bhi nahin Mr.Bajaj , kyunki ab woh kisi ki zindagi aur maut ka sawal hai .. " that's the freedom a partner needs in a relation which comes with an implicit trust, if he wanted to stop her, it was just a matter of seconds for him to .. despite her tears... only if he was that ruthless as he was during the deal where her tears hardly impacted him..... but today he didn't stop her... back then she had to pay a price to save her Anurag's life, today he is just giving into her wish to save Anurag's life yet again.. life is incredible .. it's a complete circle each event, each situation will come to us .. but today he isn't hurt or anything , he is more confused about his changing self , his inner side, his alter side which was probably lying deep down behind that pride of his ruthlessness

The man, who was all out on a mission, to destroy this particular family , meticulously , waiting for the sahi time to go for the kill and strike them down and decimate them for some unknown deep bitter past, has come a long way today, where in the badla, the revenge, the kill seemed to have taken back seat ..
Few days back, his behavior towards Moloi was very rigid, stiff and showed a drastic aversion for the man in wheel chair , unable to use his words or limbs .. , today he supports the same man from falling , where in his vengeance is shrugged by empathy ... ... something is changing, he is changing, this change is confusing him , he attributes to his wife .. her effect on him .. for this man who is ruthless, emotionless, selfish, aloof and rigid and who takes a pride and gloats when people loathe him, is now a man who went to save the one, whom he wanted to decimate mercilessly overa seemingly bitter past , the other day he clearly told Prerna, not expect him to respect Basus .. to which Prerna retorts that she doesn't expect anything from him and today he is here saving a man from falling whom he despises .. people change rather influence of someone on us changes us for better .. or rather worse... if the influence is not a positive one.
coming to another side of the influence, after Bajaj's words to Prerna in hospital to respect yourself then only others will respect you, Prerna told off Mohini, more like stood up,... though not for herself but whatever ... there is an influence which Mohini Basu was able to connect Mr.Bajaj's influencing words on Prerna's action , she screams his name to lament about his wife wanting to meet her son , Mohini, in her hate for Prerna still made a valid point about marriage/wife/other man
the next moment when he goes to meet Mohini Basu , she rather requests him "mujhe ye poochna tha ki kya aapki wife, mere bete ke saath thodi dher ruk sakti hain ... " , because her son improved because of his wife ...so he asks if she was yelling for this .. in all this serious mess he has to taunt her lol
He says Prerna is free to take her decision , and in a crisp and clear manner, he tells in front of everyone that husband and wife do discuss things, but then she has all authority to take a decisions, such pragmatic skills he displayed in handling this situation, where the wife is given a freedom to take her decisions ., more so related to her lover, before marriage . His statements raise quite a few eyebrows , in shock/surprise , for the most lethal , intimidating, powerful, ruthless businessman is giving his wife the right to decide if she wants to spend more time with other man, who was her lover . He tells her he need not be asked for everything regarding Prerna who is not his employee but his WIFE.
I really liked the depth behind this point ... the societal norms of a marriage puts us in boundaries .. like maasi's words.. she shd stay away from Basus and is now Mrs. Bajaj ... but he let's her out of emotional/societal corral , bounded by norms of marriage..... he gives her the emotional space to ponder , the freedom, the will, the right for decision making, the trust, he let's her explore things, but holds her when she stumbles, but then when so much freedom is given and trust is held in place, the emotional corral , no more looks like an enclosure, Prerna will go back to Bajaj how many ever times she comes to help/save Anurag, because she finds the solace and comfort in that space alone where she is given that freedom to fly and she is trusted
Mr.Bajaj and Moloi Basu are not blood related the point he ponders here is about his changing self, he is confused, perplexed , unable to contemplate or understand or sort his alter self ... nafrat hain mujhe inn logon se .. still main unki care kyun kar raha hoon .. main aisa kabhi nahi tha .. phir ab .. kya hai yeh kya yeh Prerna ka asar hai jo mujhe effect kar raha hai ?
he recollects, Prerna's pleads and tears for anurag, Anurag's claims of soulmate, Maasi's advice/warning , Mohini's request to allow him to let her wife be with her son, once a decision is made he never looked back or pondered, the man who consistently looks forward, looks ahead., was always focused .. is apparently and vividly confused , he is unsorted, he is pondering over things of the past, that's not him ... something is wrong with me ...main kabhi kisi cheez ke baare mein itna nahin sochta tha , phir ab kyun kya ho raha hain mujhe
the self introspective statements from him are far more imperative to show the alter effect of one person over the other , one's influence over other in a relation .
