I agree with all of you here.

It's a shame that they never properly utilized DD. And I solely blame the makers for that. Otherwise Niyati, Harsh, Monalisa even those who joined the cast later or were cameos like Priya, Sreejita or Sana - each of them did stunts; even the kids too. So the actors gave their 200%. But the makers after the Raktachandragrahan didn't know what to do, introduced too many tracks and what's worst -they confined DD to GH only. Otherwise Piya has much more knowledge than Saavi & she would have made a brilliant Reevavanshi. Then she could eradicate the evil force with Ansh and fulfill her destiny. Which is why I love the Pralay Yudh so much as she did that and the show should have ended there itself.

Again, Aslesha is right too that they had every right to forsake their power and concentrate on their family. Because Piya particularly lost a lot due to her powers. Her brother died, she was separated from her father, her mother got abducted and later killed by KS. Her own son got attacked multiple times just because of power. Once all the KS were gone, they had earned their right of living a peaceful life.

But the writer messed that up also and created the Khicri that is airing right now. I hope they come back on track ASAP & utilize DD properly this time with RiAd by their side.

I would love to watch PiyAnsh with powers but don't blame them for sacrificing them either. Why should they be responsible for the whole world? Sometimes it's good to be a bit selfish.

I see your point and it's not wrong but I would agree with you if these two idiots had actually used their powers for everyone instead of just safeguarding their nalayak family. In the beginning, the show kept telling us through Ved maata that Daivik and DV are special because they are supposed to save the world from evil entities together. They are the warriors who will protect the mankind but they never utilised their powers for anything but selfish reasons of protecting their family. That's it. If they had gone around like Divya saving people and capturing/destroying evil entities then I would have understood them wanting to give up their powers and retiring/living as normal humans but they did NOTHING. Even when the evil entities attacked their own family they barely used their powers so them giving it up was straight up selfish of them IMO. Plus they are so dumb that they gave up their powers when Adi still had his and they knew, Piansh needed their powers to save Adi and the people around him from his outburst of powers. Since he was a baby, he couldn't control his powers and needed Piansh to control it.
