Why was Prerna supported and not Anurag? - Page 2

DyNeither Prerna was sassy back then, nor Anurag is classy now with all those self diluting acts. I have repeated this more than 10 times here, that the cheering on Prerna's low self esteemed behaviour in AnuKom marriage basically resulted in this horribly meek and mild Prerna who is struggling everyday to cope up with her unsortes emotions. I so wish the cheering didnt happen back then.

Anyways, there is still a basic difference between that scenario and this one. Till Anurag dumped Prerna and married Komo with whatever xyz deal, Prerna had literally done nothing to deserve this from her love. She was just coming out of a horrible almost-married experience to this wonderful falling-in-love-for-the-first-time fairy tale romance with a rich (not saying she had an eye for this, but come on, practically thinking, who wont love it) handsome guy whom she already knew for years. And she also reluctantly surrendered herself completely to this man few days back with this dream of getting married to him. And everything shattered just like that, with no fault of hers, with no karma effect. She was pregnant, emotional and misguided by her mother to apparently fight for her non-existent rights. Separation from Anurag - the thought itself was a crazy alien to her. So the actions could be justified from that perspective, if I have to, being put on gunpoint. On the contrary, this time the separation, the heartbreak and the shattering of the dreams are not new. They both have already dealt with it once. They know how to feel about it and what to do in such case. This is exactly how Prerna is emoting right now. For her, it's a Deja Vu. But this is also exactly why Anurag is coming across as a hypocrite. Before going bonkers over Prerna, can he not just sit and think twice about the fact that this could be exactly what he willingly stepped into - a lifetime separation with Prerna - the moment he went into that marriage with Komo. So did he not already prepare himself for such situations. Did he already not have these chain of thoughts when he once decided to initiate it from his side ? Why is it bothering him this much now ? This is where hypocrisy comes into the picture. Because he can decide when and how Anu Pre can get separated, but she cannot. This is all looking hypocritical and egoist from Anu's side and nothing else. Because if I think of it, he should have already gone through the idea of separation back then, so this should not drive him mad just because this time it is Prerna who has another option to move on.

You can't train yourself for something like this.

That guy was left at that mandap by the love of his life. And the only reason she gave to him was that she married Bajaj for money. It's not a reality he was expecting and not one he can come in terms with.

And now he knows after Prerna and Bajaj moved in that she isn't happy. That's not something he can ignore. She still loves him, and that's what he can also see.

At the time of AnuKom also, he failed in not taking care of Prerna. He was with her right there whenever she needed him desperately. So even after making up his mind to show himself in bad light, he failed. Cause he couldn't stop himself from loving her.

Any type of preparation doesn't work in case of emotions.

It's just a matter of perspectives. The Dhaaga marriage was ceremoniously nullified.

So Prerna was Anurag’s first wife when AnuKom got married but now Anurag doesn't have that bond with Prerna because it was nullified.

Now. Perspectives.

For some people marriage is above everything. If love isn't there, that's fine. The power of that bond is more than enough and slowly things are supposed to fall in place.

For other people (Like me), love is above everything else. It's a different bond in itself that doesn't require social stature to prove it's purity. Marriage is important but a marriage without love is baseless. If the base is anything else like money, deal, sacrifice, power etc., the marriage doesn't hold credibility.

Prerna is more closer to Anurag than Bajaj still. She also had his child is in her womb. Don't know where the future story will go but that's a fact we can't ignore.

I was not following the show at that time but as far I know I would never support at that time too. People consider her strong and sassy prerna but she was home wrecker. Her act was shameless and digesting as she was staying there on the basis of dhaga which make no sense.

What she did during AnuKom track was not just shameless, it was plain wrong. She came to break the home another woman who was properly married . At that time she didn't know Anurag had a deal with Komo and that she was responsible for Rajesh's death. Yet she came to Basu house to break home of another married woman . Being a hindu woman , she must've known clearly that what she and Anurag had was no marriage ( even the Pandit said so later ) but still took this chance and came to bb to fight for patni ka haq and extremely cringeworthy showdown and sindur , mangalsutra, dhaga, doli, arthi talks. Anyone who calls such a woman strong doesn't even know the meaning of strong. The entire track , each single episode was filled with such words or dialogues that made me shut the computer and go out for a walk to clear my head , it was so embarrassing and unbelievable and unbearable. The way MoNiv treated her like she's nothing but a piece of garbage day in day out , no sane girl , forget self respecting girl will stay in such a house where these two are also the two most important women of Anurag's life so it's not like she'll ever get rid of them if she envisions a life with him. Can't imagine a city girl taking all that .Even village girls nowadays have far more dignity , strength and self respect than that.

My take on prerna.

The cvs fooled us and we keep getting fooled.

1) they kept the ambiguity with anurag komo marriage because as per rituals the marriage was incomplete.

2) dhaga shadi was lapped up by the fans in the desperation to prove anurag prerna as the divine destined to be couple. Dhaga marriage has no legal standing and prerna herself clarified that she did it to get back at komolika. Whatever it was , it was nullified by the pandit themselves who said that its some 100 years mahurat shadi. . So technically legally and socially prerna was not married to anurag or anurag wasn't married to komo. If tomorrow komo comes back and says she is anurags wife , The drama will start again because there is no clarity reg this..

3) prerna bajaj marriage no matter under what circumstances it happened is a legal marriage and it's prernas choice to honour it and she is doing it. She is honouring the marriage and fulfilling the duties of a wife and mother as per her choice , nobody forced her to do "that".

4) prerna was wrong to come to bb and claim her rights as the wife because it doesn't make sense from any angle. The man who jilted her , left her pregnant ditched her humiliated her ,she wanted the same man ! Anurag wants the woman who he thinks married another guy for money..but that was for a short while . He reasoned it out that its something else so he is waiting for her to break the shackles of marriage and come back to him. However he is not doing anything like prerna did , he didnt invite her husband and his family to bb . Bajaj wanted revenge from.him so it was his decision . Two, he is only pestering prerna and bajaj about something which they are lying constantly ..till the time he knows the truth he will be projected as the foolish one herr who is building hopes and keeping this one track mind ... marriage is ok but ther4 is a lot that anurag is unaware of.. till the time he knows the truth i will give him a free pass..

You got the right point. If that marriage was justified during AnuKOM marriage then Prejaj marriage has no legal value. If Anupre marriage was bakwaz then Anukom are the couple and Prerna is the intruder there.

This serial just destroys the meaning and law of marriage in every way. Khel banake rakkha . Jab man kiye yeh dono couple hai........jab man nehi kia yeh dono couple nehi hai.

In my opinion neither Prerna was right not Anurag is right. What Prerna did wasn't strong but just desperate and pathetic. She lacked self respect and didn't care that she was breaking another woman's marriage. For me that was extremely disgusting and so is what's Anurag doing right now.
