atleast here in US if a pedestrian is hit on the middle of the road, the car driver is let free and pedestrian walking on the road is at fault as they are not supposed to walk on the road but on the curb side and the pedestrian is the violator

i dont think it's the same in India

If we try to look at the positive side, then we can skip the episode and get done with it even quicker in the week to follow! 😵
