Well how far can she lie through her PR that Rajamouli specially changed the script to increase the length of her role as she is a huge star. When in reality RRR shooting has been going on for months and Alia hasn't even given a single shot for the movie yet.

Translation: Karan Johar was unable to strong arm Rajmouli into giving Alia a bigger role and more screen time than Nitya Menon. 🤣

On a serious note, her team is doing such a backflip here. They went crazy with news of her being the female lead in a Rajmouli movie and all the PR articles. Why not be honest from the beginning? Were the big announcements of this movie and her SLB movie a last ditch effort to give Kalank a big boost? I made the above comment sarcastically but I’m also wondering if she and KJo did think they could talk Rajmouli into increasing her screen time.

honestly i think her part got scaled back once the english actress backed out and they have not found a replacement.

Had read an article about how he wants to make ramcharan and ntr, next pan India stars after Prabhas. This could be a move to do that...

Just read an article today that there is tiff between Rajamouli and Prabhas as Rajamouli suggested few changes in Saaho but Prabhas and the director didn't pay any heed. It even said that Prabhas took the project of Saaho to prove that Bahubali was his success too, as much as rajamouli's.

If there is a tiff between Prabhas and Rajamouli due to success of Bahubali then it makes Rajamouli took Alia to ensure more buzz for his next movie in North India...
