try Dawki/ Shnongpdeng his time around, kitna wohi Sohra(local name of Cherrapunji) dekhogi.

I would have recommended Nongriat (a 30-40 minutes from Sohra) where there are Double Decker Root Bridge and Rainbow Falls, lekin, 3500 steps and two mini hills climbing will be a stretch for plains people lol.

Rest of the India really doesn't know the beauty of NE,but maybe sab janke eksath aa Jaye to kachra kachra me dengue. Ladakh is suffering from that now.tourists me manners nhi h na humare

yes NE is beautiful

Yeah many of my colleagues were from Assam, and mostly Guwahati. They used to stay here from Monday to Friday and than Friday evening back to Guwahati and than back again to Shillong on Monday morning, quite a stretch.

Hmmm Nongriat seems like a place I'd love to go to with friends,my parents n Uncle aunt's nahi chal payenge utna.

I'm planning a tour with my female friends ,and we're thinking of doing it in Sikkim n Meghalaya cz those places feel so safe. So suggestions lungi Mai tumse.

Sikkim is awesome, it is like western country, so clean and rules are so strict.

Yes, no issues we can ask for all recommendations and suggestions and don't worry, I will not bother you when you're here, by asking you to meet me lol.

I am coming to Kolkata next week, would have asked you for recommendation, but I don't think I will be roam, as I will at my sister's place as she will be giving birth. Plus I will be in INS Campus, Hasting(my brother in law is in navy), toh andar bahar karna bhi muskil hoga.
