I didn't think that KSG could portray Bajaj this good, or rather I didn't think I could see anyone in place of Ronit Roy, but I must say, the character of Rishab Bajaj seems to be more refined and detailed from the first arc.

Also I think the only reason Prerna let herself cry in front of him because she feels safe with him. She had been treated and verbally abused far worse but she couldn't bring herself to express her pain as she knows she's worthless to all those people who hurt her
