The reason why a lot of us are sympathizing with Anurag is because the writers are showing only his pain of losing her while Prerna is being shown as an ice maiden. She might still be in love with him and might be suffering herself but unless they show that to the audience , how are we supposed to feel it?

When Anurag betrayed Prerna, they showed Prerna's pain for like 2 days and quickly moved on to her sassy avatar. The did not focus much on her angst then too but they did show both being in pain. Maybe that is why some of us are feeling more for Anurag now.They are focusing a lot on him

The problem is that Prerna has never been a favourite with the writers. Her character has been the least consistent out of all.

You know what. Prerna's pregnancy is hidden so that they have a reason to separate anurag prerna again and prernas sacrifice is hidden to get her back in everybodys good books again. The moment they show her sulking audience will go awwww bechari she had no one to share her pain ,everyone kept blaming her nobody understood her. And then they will blame anurag for being not so understanding if he ever questions the paternity of the child . In between ka drama is always unbearable.

I get that but after all this can the audience really blame Anurag if he questions the paternity of the child? Ek toh she never shared the news with him when they were together and now she is busy showing him how she is in love with her husband. Of course, not denying that some good writing can shift the audience's sympathy towards Prerna

Even if prerna does anything good on favour for basus too

Always audience will have shaq on her love towards anurag.

Bandhi has left such an impact in viewers mind.

Audience thinks from brains not from sorrows of female lead.

Perna has won the brains of audience.

Anurag has won the hearts

Bajaj has won the kidneys of audience

Superb episode after ages. Good Anurag stopped that suicide act. But he stopped after thinking of Bajaj😉.

Bajaj Anurag scene was awesome.
