Ouch... am guilty of this.

A couple years back, I got into a huge fight with my dad and while I didn't say this outright to him, it did cross my mind. It was such a low point in my life and what sucks even more is that we didn't really talk about what happened.

And I've noticed this happens anytime I get into a fight with someone in my family. We say some mean stuff, then go on this silent treatment and wait till things just cool down and go back to the way they used to. After the fight with my dad, I realized how it's not right nor is it healthy.

Having these kind of conversations is extremely tough but they are absolutely necessary. Haven't really tried it out for myself yet but I feel like they strengthen bonds rather than weaken them.

Well, this show helps you think about various aspects of parenting which are crucial in every family, but also shows how kids evolve and transition to adulthood.

Not only that but for her to question HS something like that in front of everyone was another kind of low. Not to mention she was telling everyone else to go downstairs and enjoy the function like what the fudge Babes. Shaadi teri hai, function tere liye rakhe gaye hai par maaze kissi aur naam ke? 😒

All she was seeing was herself. She didn't even pause to think about how many other people were attached to this happiness. Minnie and gang toh pagal hogaye tyaarian karte karte par yeh madam keh ri hai ki nayi, mujhe kuch ni dekhna. Aap sab kudh hi kar lo. 😵

I'm glad HS called her out and told her to be sure of herself. It's not fair for him to constantly prove his love for her that too in such humiliating manners.

And please don't come at me with her insecurities. I know she has them but at this point I feel like they can't excuse her actions anymore. Just because she's hurt doesn't give her the right to hurt others.

She needs to stop playing the victim card. Bas, ab bohot ho gaya the whole 'poor me'.

What if HS were to start doing that? He went through hell all these years and especially recently.

I totally agree that humiliating him is bad, but by doing it in front of everyone, and especially in front of Minnie, what is she saying about her own dignity? What example is she setting as a mother and a to-be-wife/makaan malkin? As Minnie said, this time it wasn't just her project but her life that she was ruining.

On a lighter note, perhaps HS wasn't kidding and he needed to be afraid of being thrown out of the house by the new landlady. 😆

This is why I said it's helping me to mature a lot.

Just today, it dawned on me how I was harping on Hanita having to communicate their issues but I haven't done the same when it comes to my own problems. With friends it's easier, but much more difficult when it comes to parents.

Then there's Minnie. Never noticed it before, but am connecting with her a lot today. She's still in the prime age to find herself but I'm embarking on the self-discovery journey at the age of 24. This show is capturing my heart in a whole new manner today. ❤❤❤

I can say the same. Most of the themes explored are not new to me in real or reel life but I still find it quite interesting to see how they are presented and also how the audience reacts to them. I really do hope a lot of people take heart from the messages on the show and give their loved ones and themselves second chances.

Oh how I absolutely cringed when Babita questioned Hanuman's love in front of everyone... seriously? 😵 . And to put your childhood married friend in that position. How fking awkward is that. But, I think she's gonna apologize to Poonam tomorrow as we saw in one of the segment.

I hope she apologizes to HS as well. I really liked the idea of her saying sorry via text for the time being and sending her picture for the uptan ceremony to HS. At least he will get some assurance. She can give a big apology later in private to him.

Glad everyone gave her the reality check. I do feel bad for Babita though. She has so many insecurities, fears within her, she can't see things clearly. I hope this is the end to her ego nonsense.

Ego? Won't end so soon. It will only be subdued for ab it until the next thing comes along. She will have to learn to battle it all her life and keep it in check.

Apology via text? He deserves way better and I hope she does something meaningful.

Good thing Poonam knows her inside out and is a genuine friend. She will still be on Babita's side to help her out despite everything that has happened. She understands Babita's concerns because she herself went through a bad relationship and took a second chance in life. That's going to enable her to provide a perspective that no one else around Babita can currently provide.

@bold: Lol I said for the time being because they obviously won't have time to talk to each other na right after today's incident. Uptan ke function bhi to karna hai and plus hanuman also left the haveli. I also said he definitely deserves a big apology later (after this function)

About ego, yes it might come back. Hopefully she will know how to deal with it.

She also needs to stop thinking that she's gonna have all the power in the relationship. It's a mutual rishta. In some areas she'll be dominant and in others, HS.

HS had told her before to stop playing the victim card as he won't support it. Am glad that he maintained that stance still. There comes a time when you have to start taking a stand for yourself. Something that I learnt just last year. 😆

Also, can we stop calling HS a project. It feels really demeaning to call him that. He's a human being, not a model project. 🤔 Yeahh, it speaks a lot about Babes' own character and it's especially painful for Minnie and HS to see her a dimmed light like that.

Kudos to you for being able to see a lighter note on this cuz I can't. 😆
