Alia rejecting an Aamir movie se yaad aaya.. There was a blind, no? From Aloo's side. It was published when Kareena got that role.. There it was mentioned/bragged that film was first offered to Aloo.

Haan,woh Aamir hadn't had a hit in a long time wala blind. That blind also shaded Kriti and Yami (the other actresses who auditioned for the part) saying that Aamir was not impressed with their acting at all so approached other actresses after seeing their auditions. The first one (Aloo) rejected the part because it was not meaty part so then he approached his friend Bebo for the part. 😂
