Really looking forward to what Dr Ishani gg to say in board meeting. Expecting something sensible intelligent and tricky .

I hope makers won't disappoint us .

Moral lectures forum pe dena asaan hai. Real life everyone sometimes or other makes compromises. Make the best out of situation.

Sid has done that only. No one is saying he is perfect.

But his career is at stake here. India jaisi country mein vaise hi acche doctors ki kami hai. Quota system aur kharab kar diya sab.

Aise mein if such a knowledgable doc like Sid can't practice, it's a loss to entire medical community as a whole.

He can be punished yes but does he deserve to be thrown out of Sanjivani . Shld he not be allowed to work in top hospitals given how talented he is.

That's the crux of the question.

Agar har galti ke liye doctor ko suspend yaa nikaalte rahe, to fir karwaa lena nurses se hi ilaaz

I do not have much expectations but just hope she does not say sorry for filing complain

who said he should be thrown out of Sanjivani? Did you read the post? Where did I mention that he should be thrown out or that his licence should be cancelled. Moral lecture like seriously mam?

My topic was about complain of Ishani that even Dr Shashank agreed that if he knew what scams Dr Sid is going then he would have also complained about it. Also my point was as Sanjivani head he did not feel it as responsibility to see if Sid is going wrong in his approach and guide him because suggesting extra surgery was wrong as a doctor. So why are you jumping with your moral lecture here by going out of topic

I was not referring to u TM particularly. It was a general reply to many who bash Sid.

There have been replies by others too. More specific to user Tamanna was my reply.

thank you. Yes please do quote. For me only problem is that they are highlighting it as good work which should not happen. I have nothing for Dr Sid because he has a reason to be doing so which comes from his past. My post is mainly for those who said that why did Ishani complain and Dr Shashank is silent even after knowing all so we know tha answer now and also my point was more to Dr Shashank that I feel he should have kept a watch and should have guided him in few cases like specially natasha case

Is it necessary for Ishani to withdraw the complaint for Dr Sid to join back? She complained against him and it is upto the board to make a decision in his favour or not, and to find out if the matters addressed in the complaint is true or not ! They can come up with a suitable action ( or no action) against him after their investigation!

Never said he deserves to be thrown out, did ? But as a bare minimum , doesn't he deserve. Proper dressing down from the management especially Shashank and the rest of the clan instead of just painting Ishani as the villain. He is a great doctor agreed on so far as as his skill set is concerned but he is terribly weighed down by his prejudice and if I may say, vendetta against the rich ! He doesn't deserve to be thrown out agreed but he also doesn't deserve to be termed hero !

Dr Shashank and Dr Juhi putting blind eyes to his act is what made it look like they are hailing Sid's actions because Vardhan words came more like he was trying to use Ishani fear to intimidate her to not take complain back. What Sid does is unethical, agreed. I don't know how many have had experiences with big hospitals. Its a rip off without asking you to do extra surgeries. I understand that deluxe room has extra charges for the room but If you book a deluxe room your MRI will cost 4 times that of a shared room, Why is that? wouldn't you be under the same machine as the others and wouldn't your results take as long. All this money goes to the owners or board of directors of these hospitals. Why is it okay for them to do it for fattening their pockets but not for Sid to do it to save someone else's life?

Agreed he brought her back into Sanjivani but he and Ishani were still discovered and the girl would still have to thrown out if not for Juhi and Vardhaan standing by ground before the media? And alsoy problem is with people just accusing Ishaani and vilifying her . Why shouldn't Sid's actions be questioned too? Why shouldn't he be given a dressing down ?
