Yesterday i lucked out with the episode. Usually u get see such episodes on Fridays Question remains will the magic be repeated today or was it a one-off ? Piansh meeting again & what prompts Ansh to say yes plus further Riad adventures are what we all are vested in. I as usual want to see Naman completing Team R. Onwards to the episode then...
Tuesday's Recap : Riad find out they're siblings, Piansh finally meet
Urvashi desperately tries to break the matka. But each time Pari lifts it higher. The kids keep laughing. Until finally she has to step down. Adi volunteers next. Uru sweetly questions Adi how would he be able to when she couldn’t. In response Adi recites a number of tasks which she can’t do but he perfectly can ?
So saying he climbs atop Ansh & breaks the matki dropping butter all over Uru. Pari cheers silently. Our dear Uru can only stew in silence ! She leaves to change her clothes. Pari finally catches sight of Ansh. She recognises him from the family photo with her mom.
Oh but Adi isn’t done with Urvashi yet. He goes to her room to rub it in. Should i call you a taxi ? He tsks tsks. After all he reminds her you lost. Uru incensed beyond words decides to scare him.
She breathes fire close to him. He’s as cool as a cucumber. 😎 ( Adi i miss your old avatar 👏 ). Getting angrier by the minute she lunges forward when Ved & Chai interrupt. They are suprised to see Adi so friendly with Urvashi. They leave Uru to get changed. As he leaves Adi looks behind to wordlessly taunt Uru some more. From behind Mo having seen the entire exchange looks super worried.
In his room Adi finds Pari strangely silent when he is happily recounting his encounter with Uru. She shows him the photo. He doesn’t recognise the woman in the photo with him & dad. Pari informs him that’s her mum. Does that mean they’re siblings ? he wonders. Pari doubts that otherwise they wouldn’t be living in separate homes but together instead.
Ved & Shekhar come to take Adi. Pari hides on top of the fan. Spying the photo in Adi’s hand they both break down. Adi insists on knowing who the woman in the photo is. Shekhar wants to avoid dealing with this but Ved believes it’s time to let Adi know. She informs him that’s his mom.
🥺 Oof it’s a heart breaking moment ! Riad breakdown on hearing this. Adi wants to know why she doesn’t stay with them. Trying to make him understand Ved explains that just as how kids fight & they don’t want to talk to each other.
It’s the same with adults except your mom dad’s fight was bigger because of which they separated. When he becomes older he will understand everything. ( loved how beautifully she handled the whole exchange)
To cheer him Shekhar takes Adi for pastries while Ved stays behind to compose herself. They didn’t do right by Adi Ved complains to their photo. A teardrop falls from above on their photo. By then Pari disappears. Ved exits the room. Pari silently cries in hiding.
In their bedroom Mo berates Bh for taking Adi too lightly. Adi poses a threat to us. Bh doesn't think so if Mo hadn't held her back she would have finished him by now. Mo reminds her inspite of having so many powers she failed to kill Adi several times. And now if he dies then Ansh’s reason for marriage also disappears. They have to be careful. Bh doesn’t understand how until yesterday the boy that would stammer in her presence is today giving her back. Mo noticed that too especially during Dahi handi how easily he broke the handi while Bh could not. As if an unknown power was helping him. Mo decides to get to the bottom of this.
Our mandbudhi Chudail lands up at the shooting place of Hrithik Roshan. There her dilbar Hrithik Roshanji makes a stylish entry on motorbike 😆 Breaking free of the bodyguards she runs after him. All the while in the background Kaaho na Pyaar Hai is playing. (Omg I’m dying🤣 !) Just as he is about to enter his vanity van she back hugs him.
Will you marry me ? she breathes out. Hi hi hi ! No ! rejects Hrithik. He turns around. Lol it’s actually Naman (Okay i did not see this coming) Because I’m already married Naman ‘The Kancha Revavanshi’ 😎 declares. Dil can only glare. Shmart Naman 👏
On the balcony Pari stares at the moon. Adi comes in search of her. Seeing her sad he remarks Why so sad buddy you should be happy that you got a curly hair & chubby cheeks wala bhai 😆. Pari her mood restored responds that you also got a cute golu molu sister like me. (So sweet ). Now i can visit mom & you can meet dad. But mama papa won't meet each other Pari notes. Riad observe when we kids fight adults tell us to patch up but they themselves never follow that advise. ( So True 😆) Adi suggests they help patch up their parents. That'll only happen if mama papa meet themselves Pari points out ( Adi's the optimist, Pari's the pragmatist ) Lets pray to god that they meet. Adi seconds that. They turn to pray....
And lo & behold Ansh while driving spots the Annual Lantern Festival. Reminiscing about the first time they met he goes inside. Coincidentally Piya is also there looking ravishing in a peach & gold ensemble i might add. She too recollects their first meeting.
An old man persuades her to buy a lantern. Whatever wish u make to god will be fulfilled if u let it fly in the air. And what if that wish is lost Piya asks. If it's lost then it's meant to be if you find it then also it's meant to be. In the fear of losing doesn't mean we give up hope of finding it. Words to remember !
Seeing a father daughter duo she imagines Pari with her papa happily flying the lantern. If only Ansh had let her speak that day then we all would have been together by now. Piya bitterly notes.
On the balcony Adi wonders about the reason for their parents fight. Maybe dad spoiled mom's name "or" pulled her choti. It could be that Mom ate dad's tiffen 🤣. Dumbo ! you're 6 yrs old not them. Pari chides. ( I doubt right now Piansh are better than 6 yrs old ) Grown up's fight have bigger reasons. Adi bless him doubts there is a bigger reason than eating someone's tiffen. He wonders whether they would patch up if they meet now. Pari is confident they would. By now their anger would have melted like icecream.
While lighting the lantern Piya makes a heartfelt wish “Six years have passed but i remain in the same place. Angry with Ansh ! Upset with Ansh ! My heart holds reproaches as well as complaints, But you only hold reproaches for the person who you have a relation with. That relation dissapeared. The reproaches i want to wipe out myself. Give me the strength to forgive Ansh & please give him his happiness too" (What a powerful yet simple dialogue) Otherside Ansh too lights his lantern.
Turning to leave she spots Ansh in the distance. Ansh too sees Piya. Atlast they meet !
Precap : Seeing each other for the first time after 6 years they are overwhelmed. Caressing each other's faces they hug joyfully. As if waiting to do that for a long time.
