I do feel bad for Babita. Finally, she's found a guy who loves her like crazy and would be a great husband, but she has no idea how he's feeling at this point. One day she will realize and then she will figure out that the happiness she had felt regarding her wedding and the associated ceremonies was hers alone, that they had not, in fact, been on the same page in that period. That's going to hit her hard if she gets it later on that he went through with it despite not feeling up to it because of his commitment and his promise to his daughter.

Yes if Mini wouldn't have been he would've distanced himself from her, as in, he never would've walked upstairs. He would still continue with the wedding but would be an outsider in the whole affair. It will be Mini who will be dragging him to the center from now on and maybe she would force him to see the bright aspects. And in turn later, he can do the same for her.

I can imagine more arguments between them and the rift increasing by the day, physically and emotionally had Mini not been there.

One thing that we must not forget is that just because HS and SS reconciled, his pain over Imarti isn't gone. He just decided to subdue it for Minnie's sake, and sweep what happened those days under the rug. It will explore.

Where once I had expected him to sneak in to meet her secretly in her maayka or something and leave her flowers, gifts, sweet words, now he's going to avoid her like anything.

This makes me actually want the track where Babes would have shifted into a new home, Hanita would have remained friends for a bit, and then slowly their courtship starts. It would have hurt father-daughter, but for Hanita, I think it would have done them some good.

He would have always proposed to her out of his love. I am talking about the timing here. He was afraid they would leave, that Minnie would be gone so he rushed into it. I am not saying he proposed because of Minnie but he wanted to secure himself knowing that Babita didn't have a reason to leave either.

Anyway, I have never felt this sense of dread about leads getting married before.
