I m not his fan but yes he is not harming anyone he is doing his job of producing movies and its his money he is putting, risking, he have all rights to sign his colleagues kids or outsider.

KJO is very well spoken and is a smart person/businessmen. I really like him as a person. But he seems full of insecurity inside and really puts up a hard front. Rajeev asking about nepotism and actors, and KJO literally turned the question around and responded with him not getting any credit for giving opp. to directors. The question was in regard to actors.

like someone said, victim mind set indeed. he always feels the need to defend himself in some way.
