I don't know about Sunny Dewan. The Poonawalas have a plane but I doubt they would just give it to others to use. They only give people rides if they are also going to the same place. I mostly see KJo and Kareena and Maliaka jumping on board with them.

As many insiders confessed, BW people like everything free no matter how big the celeb is. Rishi Kapoor free mein apni behen ke ghar mein reh raha hai. The moneybags freind pays most of the bills when BW A listers travel/wine and dine with moneybags. Production houses even pay for the gadgets they buy during outdoor shoots. It's only when they demand the same during ad shoots, and those production houses don't have that much budget to pamper them, we get to know about it.

ETA: About the relatable part... As I said before they do that during promotions. Here Abhi is promoting his team he wants more people to buy tickets of his team's matches, or watch them on TV. When they are not promoting they choose luxury over common man's life.
