Is Vedika a permanent cast member or a cameo?

Hope it's a cameo..she played really strong roles like Razia sultan,Amala before don't know why she picked such a weak role maybe because the show is popular..

She said she picked it more so to work with Rajan shahi and to be able to be in yeh rishta as it’s a big show. I remember her saying this in an article.

I think a long cameo, my prediction is eventually she will get married to someone else & will go abroad to settle down there.

I believe it is a cameo as she has signed a contract to be in a Bollywood movie.

Has to be a cameo because it’s obvious Kartik and Naira will eventually find their way back to each other.

As someone said, she would probably get married to someone else. Kartik would fulfil his zimedari this way.

A character who is not shown for 5 consecutive episodes or doesn't have much screen space from past two months must be a cameo...but she is there to stay for long time....
