Yes mostly because it's their first ITV prime show and he is new trp face compared to Eri. But his paycheck would have increased now that's guaranteed

i think his paycheck right now may be this much only becz additionally he is given offs which may be a part of his contract.with his pay cheque...and also by his age and experiences..may be by next year it may raise.
