GUESS WHO????

Whenever there are ambitious projects are announced there is an obvious excitement in the trade and the industry. But most of the times what the filmmakers making these ambitious project don’t pay heed to is expectations. Take this case of this filmmaker who is probably making his biggest films till date which he announced with a lot of fanfare a few months back. In the past he has made big films while working with big stars but something about this one in particular has everyone all googly eyed. So when this maker went to have his first rounds of meeting with this corporate company, the company heads expected an astronomical figure to be thrown at them in the meeting at some point. But when the time actually came and the filmmaker presented the number that he had in his mind to execute the film, the heads literally fell off their respective chairs. The filmmaker is apparently very adamant that the number he quoted in the meeting is what it will take to make this film like he has envisioned it but studio is apparently not even half-way there. It will be interesting to see if the studio passes on the film where the filmmaker will go next and more interesting to see who will be brave enough to fork all that dough so for the film as well.

Hope this is about Takht but the movie was announced last year toh it does not fit the description of a movie announced a couple of months back and they have already started pre-production of the film... Kjo went to NY to secure funding for the project according to previous rumours.

Crowd fund from all nepokids' parents. Itna toh haq banta hai na?

Btw, I think this is about some B Grade movie like thay multistarrer with John.
