It will b ridiculous if they show love track of shashank and juhi. Bcoz he is her mentor, her idol - nothing else dear. And also shashank did juhi's kanyadan in season1 when she married rahul. So I think cv won't spoil their student teacher relationship. Any way let's what's waiting 4 us.

That’d be blasphemy! The makers would never taint Shashank-Juhi’s relationship like that. I think she has been brought in to take Shashank’s place while he recovers and joins in a professional capacity as a doctor only this time. They have to pass the torch and Juhi would maintain the humility and emotional side of the job instead of going all commercial like Vardhan. And of course, this would cause major trouble between Anjali-Shashank-Juhi because if there’s one thing we know about Anjali, she doesn’t like to share or give up what she wants so easily. She gets jealous and insecure and has always wanted for her father to praise her just like he’s praised Juhi or Riddhima. But Anjali also loves fiercely and will go to any lengths for her loved ones. So, she’s never been a negative character. She’s just human.

But didnt Dr shashank marry sister padma in dmg? What happened to her?

My mom actually thought there is something between them, I had alot of questions to answer regarding their relationship 😆

We don’t know if Padma even exists in the Sanjivani-verse. Because it’d be easier to eliminate the existence of all the DMG cast if Padma doesn’t exist here. Maybe, Shashank is a widower only here. Another reason why I feel so is that if he had family besides Anjali, wouldn’t they be by his side during a major surgery?

I thought the same. guess they excluded dmg out if it. But it will be weird for us (who have watched dmg) to see shashank juhi love story.
