that's what we are all assuming. Anurag gets the impression that prerna still loves him and she married bajaj to just be a mother to his child. The problem with prerna is she is not selling her lie properly. If she is remaining loyal and committed to this marriage she has to convince her ex she is over him. Otherwise he will keep bothering her. However she keeps giving him hints whenever he corner hers and she doesn't look him in the eye that's how he knows. He is bringing the ex wife in so that prerna can leave bajaj and wouldn't have to take care of kuki. I'm sure of it.

lack of conviction is the case. She throws hints all the time to BF she is not still over him so no matter how much she fake romance she does, he'll keep bothering her stoop lower than expected.
