Sherlyn doctored some photos that it made seem like Preeta accepted money from her. Hence why she didn't come to Rishabh's wedding to stop it. But the truth is that Preeta was in the hospital as she got injured whilst saving her kidnapped mom.

I genuinely don't think Karan actually believes that Preeta took money from Sherlyn and he is angry with her because of that, Karan LOVES Rishabh in fact he said so himself he loves him more than his own MOTHER. Considering the fact that Karan has the emotional maturity of a child, he is essentially angry with Preeta because she didn't make it to the wedding on time with adequate evidence and also because when he offered to come get Preeta from the hospital when she was getting Sherlyn's report Preeta asked him not to come, plus he basically blames her partially (sort off, but not really) for his father's accident, as in Mahesh Luthra becoming comatose.

I haven't watched the show from the beginning. I mostly just watch the precap and get the gist of what's happening. 😆
But what you're saying makes sense. Preeta could have sent Karan some photos of the documents through her phone or even had digital copies made and emailed them. That would at least have given him some time to create a diversion.
Then the feeling of being so utterly helpless to prevent his brother's life from being ruined, having to see Sherlyn's face all the time and be reminded of his failure, constantly be taunted by her, fed lies, and then his dad almost dying - I totally get why he's being so angry and is just lashing out on Preeta.
I feel like if he had a moment to just step back from everything and breathe, he would be a lot more rational and calm. But everything just happened way too fast and all at once.

Watch the first 100 episodes, skip the next 200 episodes, restart watching from the 300th episode you would understand what I mean.

LMAO, this rec list reminds me of the kind that are suggested for animes. 😆

For about 400 odd episodes Kundali Bhagya was essentially a sit-com with suspense thriller vibes to it. I mean even for the episodes that I asked to skip, a large chunk of them have tremendous re-watch value, because they are filled with a lot of humour. In fact that was the main USP of the show.
