but yeh Mr.Basu ka investors ke saath meeting kab hua, , market se shares kab uthali .. shares uthaane ke liye someone shd pump those into the market and for that some bad news/rumor should be spread about Bajaj group to trigger the selling of shares (like he did with the union strike and created got shares pumped into market and then he bought those and claimed a stake )
and all this when Bajaj is still at breakfast table nihaaring his biwi and beti ...

Forget it. No logic. Whom is he sharing the profits with? Who are those people he's giving 50% profits to? Investors? If they have invested 50% share capital, then the money belongs to them only right? And if they don't have 50% stake, and he's promising them 50%, what about the minority shareholders who buy Basu shares from the market? Or Bajaj shares from the market? They can file a petition to stop the takeover.
