Oh god, how and why would you credit one person for a whole decade? why not appreciate a whole lot of different products, teams etc. It's too much pressure, and kills any sort of 'creativity' in a 'creative field'.

Like Haider is more of a Vishal B and crew's hard work.. how and why would you credit a guy like Shahid who just doesn't show similar "awesomeness" in other films?
